VB .NET Developer- up to £35k + benefits - Slough
A new member for our systems development and integration team is required to meet the growing demand from existing and new clients. You will be looking for a relaxed, informal but challenging environment. In return, we offer a great variety of development and integration projects to work on. Quite often, you will be responsible for the majority of development work, "owning" the project through from design to release. If you are currently developing using Visual Basic and Oracle * SQLServer, this is an opportunity to enhance your skills using .Net. If you are already an accomplished .Net developer, you`ll find the range of implementations a new challenge.
You must have at least 2 years experience of development using VB and*or VB.Net plus development experience with SQLServer or Oracle. Since the majority of our systems involve web-based applications you must also be able to demonstrate a good understanding of HTML.
Ideally, you would have used a range of other development environments and be familiar with XML
